Hello… My name is Daeng. Cooking is one of my favorite hobbies. I feel calm, relaxed and quite happy when I am in my kitchen. To me, cooking something healthy and delicious with fresh ingredients is important. My recipes are mostly Thai, but I will also include Indonesian, Vietnamese and Western dishes as well.
